Review:
Overall -- Development versions worked fine.  Installation -- For folks familiar with ITK and how to compile and install those tools, this was consistent. New users will need to learn the download process.  Documentation -- The Insight Journal has a paper about this tool which is very helpful.  Long-term -- Brainsfit is a useful stand-alone registration tool with a free and open license so people can redistribute it with other packages easily. It can also be used as a plugin for 3DSlicer for interactive use, in addition to being scriptable for batch processes.  

Notes:
Similar Tool/Resource -- Tools in SPM and FSL have similar registration functionality but SPM requires MATLAB and FSL has a restrictive license.  Tool/Resource Transition -- None
