Notes:
I think this is a potentially very useful approach to multivariate analysis of fMRI data that may have good advantages in terms of power and stability. It would be helpful to have a clear way to compare groups on the ascertained components and also to compare the stability of components across sessions within a participant. Though this can be done with the current software, it could be made easier and more flexible.
