The Pandora Toolbox

PANDORA is a Matlab Toolbox that:

  • Makes database management accessible from your electrophysiology project;
  • Has intracellular data analysis routines built-in;
  • Works offline within Matlab;
  • Requires no external software;
  • Is flexible, can easily tie with existing Matlab scripts;
  • Can query database as in SQL.

News:

  • Jun 16, 2009: Published paper[1] that describes Pandora features in Neuroinformatics.

  • Oct 31, 2008: Released the 1.2b version that includes NeuroShare[2] support!

  • Oct 13, 2008: Updated the 1.1b packages, added a ZIP package, fixed installation instructions and missing minor files. Updated function reference HTML and PDF documentation files.

Installation:

Use the addpath Matlab command to add the classes/ and functions/ subdirectories to the Matlab search path extracted from the downloaded package.
